ABSOLUTELY! Explore tips and tricks to start your feline on an enriching journey! Cats are naturally curious and love to explore and learn new things. We teach you ‘cue-by-cue’ how to train your feline from simple commands such as SIT to learning how to walk on leash. This training package is an excellent way to bond with your feline companion and the best part is age doesn’t matter! Whether a kitten or a well-seasoned grumpy cat, they will have a blast and so will you! Single sessions start at $30 and package options are available if you would like to work on more than one.

*An Initial Needs Assessment and Environment Evaluation is required prior to purchasing a training package as each of these skills can vary in time and cat temperament. We will discuss realistic goals and formulate a customized plan just for you!

Sit, Down, Come, Wait.

I know, I know…Insert the shocked face HERE. :). Yes, you can absolutely train your cat to SIT!

Whether you want amazing Holiday family photos or you just want to do something fun with your feline companion, this is where the magic begins. Let’s work together to master the basics before moving onto more advanced skills. Your curious fur friend will appreciate it later!

Emergency Recall

Don’t know about you, but having a command which tells my cat I want them to return to me feels essential. An Emergency Recall is not the same as “Come,” it is used when you need to press the panic button. For example, the cat has bolted from it’s carrier while you are walking to your car next to a busy street…or your worst case scenario…getting the cat out of or away from a hazardous situation—like a house fire. Have you trained for a life or death situation for your cat? An Emergency Recall is used as your primary effort to get a cat to overcome all fears and return to you. It is an extremely valuable command to have in your arsenal just in case and you never know, it may save you or your cat’s life one day.

The Cool Stuff.

High-Five, Meerkat (Sitting Pretty), and Fetch… yes, we are still talking about cats—not dogs. In our Education Starter Consultation we discuss the right kinds of toys, treats, and options to reward your feline. With these three training tricks, we take those options and use them to create an amazing bonding opportunity full of fun and entertainment. Each are quite a bit of fun to learn and your kitty will be able to show off when friends or family come to visit. Guaranteed to impress visitors, learn how to elevate your cat’s cool factor!

Carrier on Cue & Traveling

Ever wish your cat would happily walk into their carrier instead of scratching your arms to shreds while screaming murder? Then while on your way to your destination, they yowl the entire way? In our Basic Handling and Care package, we discuss how to select a carrier. For this portion, we assist you in making the carrier a rewarding environment. We then assist you in getting your cat comfortable for traveling. Teach your little friend the value of the carrier. Your arms and ear drums will thank you later!

Leash and Harness

I’m sure you’ve seen various video’s of cats exploring mountainous regions wearing their harness and on a leash. Although ideal, not many of us will get the opportunity for that version of exploration with our furry friend. However, we do head to the veterinary office on an annual basis and we may want to allow our cat to explore outside as part of their enrichment activities. Our leash and harness training helps prepare you and your cat for the great outdoors—not just for safety, but for a fun and exciting experience together!
